Organisational representatives have met in Prague in March, 2023, all representatives have already been informed about the agenda of the meeting concerning the main elements of the e-learning platform and the generation of the guidelines for the research and the training modules.
We proceeded by the Romanian NGO Psihoforworld explaining the creation of the E-Learning platform and how we should proceed working on it and uploading some of the main elements of the project and results
Then we moved to the third activity which is the creation of the guidelines supported and managed by the Turkish NGO Kevader CERA to lead the responsibility of inspecting the NGOs work and at the end to collect all information produced and gather them for the translated versions.
We proceeded by the discussion of what should be included in the guidelines and the division of the responsibilities of the topics as mentioned in the application form
- Methods and techniques for identifying the need according to the characteristics of the deficient child;) – Germany
- Methods and techniques for selecting the most appropriate educational material depending on the child’s disability;) – Turkey
- Methods and techniques of working with Montessori techniques, ABA, PECS, Outdoor education;) – Romania
- The right choice of toys with psychological and rehabilitative impact on the child with disabilities;) – Czechia
After this we have agreed on the dates of the LTT which we stick to the dates explained in the application form in late august. And we discussed with the Romanian NGO about the facilities and the expectations, we strongly agreed that we will be conducting the LOCAL EVENTS first in order to be able to choose the parents whom will be included in the LTT through the local activity each partner will have at least 15 participants and from them possibly choosing 4 parents/adults interested in the topic and 2 psychologists, psychiatrist or interested in the topic with some expertise related to the topic.
Another element that was discussed during the meeting was the creation of the educational videos in relation to each subunit created throughout the research phase and the creation of the training manuals by each partner.
Concerning the videos we have agreed on the length and content of each to ensure the professionality, each partner will create 5 videos, one for each subunit.
Creation of the second newsletter will be the responsibility of Educademy and will be shared right after the TPM in all our social media accounts.
We divided the days of the LTT through the partners five days of work as follows:
1st day responsibility of Germany – EUW
2nd day responsibility of Turkey – CERA
3rd and 4th day responsibility of Romania – Psihoforworld
5th day responsibility of Czech republic – Educademy
Deadlines were set for all the required developments and was agreed on regarding the research and the manuals.
