The first meeting in the project was held in December, 2022 in Bonn, Germany.

All consortium representatives attended the meeting to lay the foundation of our project and make sure that we are walking in the right path for the success of our project.

In this meeting we got the chance to discuss about:

  1. Financial aspects and the distribution of the budget according to the project. The budget had some minor tweaks to resolve and we have agreed on the division according to the responsibilities assigned by the activities for the project.
  2. Creation of the E-Learning platform and the videos that should be developed and uploaded for the curriculum for online participants
  3. Developing the research for the topic assigned for each partner, which was mentioned in the application form that we will create some research based on each expertise of each institute in the consortium and what exactly needs to be developed in the form of a research and presentation.
  4. Developing the manual for trainers which will be taken into the Learning Teaching Training for parents which will also be used in the local activities to choose the people to attend the LTT
  5. Carrying out the local activities and putting the layout for it.

Discussing the Dissemination plan and the creation of the social media platforms and the usage of the platforms provided by the European Commission such as EPALE and the division of the responsibilities accordingly with the lead of the applicant organization EUth Wonders e.V.

Discussion also of the sustainability plan and how the platform will be maintained during the lifetime of the project and also up to three years after it.

We agreed on creating 4 newsletters one after each meeting and EUW has already started working on it and published right after the meeting throughout our social channels.

Finally, agreeing to meeting in March for the second Transnational project meeting as explained in the application form in Prague to discuss further the main topics of the second and third activities.
